Lead Guitar, Lead & Harmony Vocals

Jared grew up on a farm near St. Libory, Nebraska. He first picked up a guitar at age 19 and was initially influenced by the instrumental works of guitarist Eric Johnson. Jared attended the Los Angeles Music Academy where he studied under grammy award winning guitarist Frank Gambale. Jared is currently a guitar major at UNL and teaches guitar lessons in Aurora, NE.

His sweet leads and smooth vocals are matchless. And girls, he's the greatest guy you'll ever meet! Slingshot is lucky to have him.
